1. Use of Customer-Provided Pictures, Logos, and Artwork

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use any pictures, symbols, logos, trademarks, or other artwork provided for their custom product. Fuzz-Five-O Coin & Patch does not verify ownership or usage rights of customer-supplied content. By submitting artwork, the customer confirms they have permission to use it and agrees to assume all liability for its use. The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Fuzz-Five-O Coin & Patch from any claims, disputes, or legal actions arising from unauthorized or unlawful use of any artwork or intellectual property. Fuzz-Five-O Coin & Patch is not responsible for any legal issues resulting from customer-provided content.

2. Copyright, Artwork Ownership, and Die Mold Policy

All artwork, designs, and coin die molds created by Fuzz-Five-O Coin & Patch remain the property of Fuzz-Five-O Coin & Patch. These materials may only be used for reorders placed by the original customer or their authorized representative

Die molds are kept for two (2) years from the date of the last production. Reorders after that time will require a new mold and an additional mold fee.

Artwork created by Fuzz-Five-O Coin & Patch may not be reproduced, recreated, distributed, or used by any other party—including customers, artists, or manufacturers—for personal or commercial use unless usage rights are purchased in writing. Artwork rights may be transferred upon full payment of an agreed-upon artwork fee (up to $300). All branding, logos, and website content belonging to Fuzz-Five-O Coin & Patch are protected intellectual property and may not be copied or duplicated without written permission.

3. Payment and Cancellation Policy for Custom Products

Custom products require full payment before production begins.

If an order is canceled after production has started but before die molds are completed, 75% of the invoice will be refunded.

If an order is canceled after die molds are completed, no refund will be issued.

Once the customer gives final approval on artwork, any changes may result in additional fees or may be impossible if production has begun.

All non-custom retail sales are final and non-refundable.

4. Production Approval, Errors, and Sample Use

Production begins only after the customer provides written final approval of the artwork, including spelling, colors, and design details. If an error is deemed to be the fault of Fuzz-Five-O Coin & Patch, the order will be remade at no cost to the customer.

Fuzz-Five-O Coin & Patch may keep or sell misprints, overruns, or production errors through retail channels. Sample proofs may be created for quality control and may be displayed in marketing materials, social media, or any other medium.

5. Turnaround Times and Production Delays

Provided production timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customer response time, supply chain issues, shipping delays, manufacturing complications, or other factors outside of Fuzz-Five-O Coin & Patch’s control.

Fuzz-Five-O Coin & Patch is not responsible for missed deadlines unless a guaranteed delivery date was confirmed in writing.

6. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

Orders are shipped using carriers selected by Fuzz-Five-O Coin & Patch unless otherwise requested. Once an order is shipped, ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer.

Shipping insurance is available upon request at the customer’s expense. Fuzz-Five-O Coin & Patch is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or damage occurring during transit.

7. Variations in Color, Size, and Materials

Minor differences between digital proofs and final products—including variations in color, size, texture, or finish—are normal and not considered defects. Material differences and manufacturing processes may cause slight deviations from digital designs.

8. Minimum Order Quantities and Reorder Pricing

There are no minimum order requirements for most custom projects.

Reorder pricing may differ from the original order due to changes in materials, manufacturing costs, or smaller quantities. Customers will receive updated pricing for approval before production begins.

9. Customer-Supplied Physical Materials

If a customer provides physical items for reference or inclusion in a project, Fuzz-Five-O Coin & Patch is not responsible for loss, damage, or alteration of those materials.

10. Events Beyond Control

Fuzz-Five-O Coin & Patch is not liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, war, pandemics, labor disputes, transportation delays, supply shortages, or government actions.

11. Pre-Sales Policy

Pre-sale items are products that are offered for purchase before they are manufactured or received by Fuzz-Five-O Coin & Patch. By purchasing a pre-sale item, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following:

Communication
Please avoid sending repeated inquiries through email, social media messaging, or other communication platforms regarding the status of pre-sale items. Updates will be provided as information becomes available.

Production Timeline
Custom coins generally require 8–10 weeks for production. In some cases—such as holidays, factory workload, or supply chain delays—production may extend up to 12 weeks. These timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

Combined Orders
If a customer purchases a pre-sale item together with in-stock products, the full order will be shipped once all items are available. Fuzz-Five-O Coin & Patch does not offer split shipments.
